In Somatic Integration Coaching, all aspects of your present moment experience are welcomed and included-the mind, body, emotions and spirit are constantly informing what is ready to be healed, moved, and reconfigured.  Sessions are client led, yet structured with plenty of powerful and transformational tools.  By bringing consistent body awareness into our sessions, change is longer lasting because your entire system is on board.   

I believe that in order to create the life we are meant to live, we have to face ourselves with honesty and courage.  When we step outside of our comfort zone long enough, we gain perspective on where we are stuck and what is holding us back. From there, we gain space, allowing for a new vision to take hold.

My specialities include (but are not limited to):

-Young adult transitions-  Includes academic coaching and practical tools for success. In addition, tools to build confidence/self-awareness, self-connection, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery

-Gift Development and Implementation-What unique talents, abilities and qualities do you have that are ready to be explored and offered to the world?

-Adults who are ready to unweave unwanted habits and patterns from the inside out. Parents who are ready to make lasting changes so they can pass on a new legacy to their children.

I am a skilled listener and space holder and have always loved connecting deeply with others. I bring humility, wisdom, and an open heart to my sessions.
